Item arrived damaged. The sheet metal box was destroyed. It had been crushed. This caused screws to pull through and tear the sheet metal. I contacted the seller and they said to send it back and they would file an insurance claim. We check every item when it goes out to make sure that it is not damaged, esp. furnaces & water heaters (we add extra packing). If a customer calls & tells us something is damaged we ask them take pictures of item & box & send pics to us. Customer repacks item & UPS Claims picks up damaged item in 1-2 business days, when received we send you out a new item. UPS damaged your item, not us.
