    I am surprised, since I have bought from this vendor before and the other Goyard bag came with proper Goyard packaging as well as the cloth bag and cloth insert one gets with a new bag. Not this time. It was advertised as "new" and all I got was the bag wrapped in paper and bubble wrap. It makes me wonder what can legitimately be called "new" by a seller. The bag itself is unused, but for an expensive item for which I had to wait some time, I did expect a better service.

    Thank you for your purchase again. The condition is stated in the product image and description as New! / Unused / with pouch, dust bag, and paper tag. Last time, shopper and proof of purchase were also listed as accessories, and all accessories were included. It may have been difficult to understand the difference. I will improve it so that it is stated in the description so that it is clearer. Thank you.
