  Bought a pair of waterproof toggi boots that was £150 they leaked as soon as they were worn in rain, bought as a gift so wasn't worn straight away, unable to get any money back as just outside the 30 day ebay guarantee, the shop has chosen to completely ignore any of my emails/messages, terrible customer service, Avoid this seller! I'm now left with a useless pair of expensive boots. 1 star given as prompt delivery!!

  we have not been advised of any problem, however these boots where purchased just over 2 months ago, with a 30 day returns period for which I can see ebay rejected their claim.
