    The tiles arrived promptly. The packing was exceptionally good, protecting every part of the tiles. These tiles were to replace some very old discoloured ones. I have had dealings with this company before and I found customer services exceptionally helpful when I spoke to them on the telephone. I highly recommend this company.

    The product was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the product was not delivered. I took the day off work to receive the unit on the stated day but nothing was delivered. I have two cctv cameras which cover the entrance area and the door, nothing was delivered to our address. The unit was dropped off at the local post office instead, causing me to take another day off and transport a heavy package. I have retained a dated copy of the whole day and I want the delivery team to apologise.
