  Absolutely brilliant ! Really easy (just follow the instructions). Got great communication to let me know it had arrived and was progressing, then sent. Arrived in the same packaging I sent - effortless and it works amazingly well. had left my PS5 controller on the side gathering dust as tried all sorts to fix it myself, no joy. 7 days later back in my position and can play 4 player games again !. Great value and it was exactly the same controller, great condition, that was sent back to me. thx

  Great value for money which avoids buying new controllers. It would be helpful if the shop title was given in the address instead of a person's name though as I hadn't realised until after posting it was a repair shop. I would've given instructions to the courier at the start to only attempt delivery during retail hours. The controller was delayed by nearly a week because of this. It was an oversight by me not reading the full description though. It fixed the issue though so my son's v.happy.

  I am really happy to have received my two repaired controllers today. They are both working great, with no more analog drift. As a note to a customer: I appreciate the service and communication they do here, but please remember to include a note inside the packaging you use for the controller. It should contain your full name, address, and contact number. Thank you!
