    I can’t fault the seller , the bracelet is lovely and as described by the seller , it came in a velvet pouch and a description of its properties. I had great communication with the seller as Royal Mail had delays with the delivery but the seller was more than willing to send a replacement if I hadn’t received it by an agreed date. Excellent service and I will definitely buy again from this seller. I feel Royal Mail let the service down but that had nothing to with the seller .
