    Terrible. I received the wrong item. I complained and requested a refund. I was assured that it would not happen again. I returned the item. When going to repurchase, the item had increased in price. I complained as I do not believe i should have to pay more, i simply wanted an exchange. They said ‘buy it and we’ll sort it’. They did not sort the difference and whats more the wrong item came again! Unfortunately after all this, it was 23rd December and therefore I didn’t have the gift for xmas.
