    Item arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Seller was advised to use protection to avoid this problem. It was a 16x20 photo, big, flat item with great potential to receive hits or being bent. Item was returned through the USPS, scanned, and tracking details showing that USPS is in possession of item. I do not see any intention of refunding my money to show good faith, professionalism, customer service and acceptance of responsibility as a seller. USPS is taking forever and I am loosing my $.
