    Shocking customer service!!! I received a damaged product and absolutely treating disable customer!!! £135 pounds and this level of service is not acceptable Seller haven’t responded for messages.

    This is a retaliation feedback response -Buyer has not returned the item, messaged asking for a refund and as of yet has not returned the item, also complained after not getting responses within 10 mins of messaging us... We have however responded to every single message so far, even after being insulted, but we are leaving it up to eBay to resolve as the customer does not appear to want to resolve amicably, if the item turns out to be faulty and is returned we will of course refund in full.
