  Sent the complete wrong size be lucky if what was sent would even fit a chihuahua not what I ordered at all, extremely rude in emails, totally unprofessional obviously think they are above everyone else and shouldn’t have to answer genuine questions from customers wouldn’t waste my time on using or recommending them service was so bad I’ve just chucked the collar in the bin rather than deal with the headache of this company zero stars wouldn’t use again if I were paid too

  I'm sorry you are unhappy, but we don't actually make collars small enough to fit a Chuhuahua which is why we ask in our listings for customers to measure their dogs neck before ordering. I am also sorry you felt i was rude in our messages, you were expecting your order to be dispatched 2 days after ordering so i was just explaining that our dispatch time is set at 5 working days because all of our items are handmade to order.
