  The shipping company issue was resolved immediately. The money was refunded immediately. Unfortunately, some people make such hasty harsh comments while at the same time we are working hard to solve the problems. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. However, as humans, these comments hurt us deeply. Although the customer promised to change it, it did not change.
