    Things overall went fine, but this item was not brand new as described. As collectors, we expect items to be truly brand new and fully intact as you would find in a store. The front part of the tag was ripped off, and the back part was all crumpled. Keeping the tags for collecting is very important to me. I would not have bought this item if this was listed in the description, especially for the price. I am disappointed that a seller with such good ratings would have an oversight like this.
