    Good delivery but the mascara was not as described; no great lashes, no lengthening and curls. Instead it was dry and empty. It was not sealed and I have contacted the seller who responded that it’s a good product and as described, but I do not agree. They wanted a photo of the mascara, but as the bad quality isn’t seen on the outside, I just left it. Sad, as I was happy to find a mascara without too much chemicals and to a reasonable price, but unfortunately this one was a waste of money.

    We're very sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. Everyone is different and has different reactions to the same product, and everyone has different requirements and expectations. We do not advertise the product in any other way than the manufacturer. The mascara is not sealed, and looks exactly as shown in the picture. Carelessness when choosing a product does not mean that the seller is to blame. Thank you for understanding and your time.
