    Very bad seller, wooden box arrived Damage after 3 weeks, tube was crack,wasn't working ,I was told that my fault I wasn't used right way, communication very bad,i was offer half price to buy next tube no exchange or refund,I have to ask eBay to help I have now fully refund, definitely not recommended bad bad bad seller

    Dear customer, we are sorry for the delay and we would like to provide partial compensation. If the laser tube is damaged due to transportation and the quality of the laser tube itself, we will compensate. If the tube is damaged due to human error, we will not compensate, hope you can understand. We have been unable to contact you after the return was opened, and the laser tube was unusable due to human error, we have to issue a full refund. We are sorry that this order did not satisfy you.
