    Seller marked two records as “dispatched” under one tracking number, but only one was included in the packaging received. Complaint was sent immediately, to no response. Seller replied only after eBay intervention was mentioned. Claimed the warehouse didn't receive the item from supplier, and that “mistakes do happen”. When shown the item still part of their listings (with a higher price), seller went suddenly silent. Refund, rather than the record, was sent. Totally unprofessional.

    As described and it plays well. I was impressed by the original speed of delivery but was sent the wrong record which I returned and the second time it was sent out was slightly slower but only a matter of days. I think I was expecting a little bit of compensation, I think I am very generous with my own sales but I would definitely recommend the seller, I have bought from them in the past too and will definitely use them again. Excellent communication and a well packaged product. Well done all

    Firstly, I would like to apologise for the delay in submitting feedback. This is due to eye surgeries that I had but am still unable to get new glasses The CD arrived dead on time and was exactly as the seller had stated it was wrapped well and was free from any marks or scratches, it played very well and it was very good value for money. I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.
