Item dispatched promptly and well packaged. I bought the item as a replacement P shape bath panel. However, I didn't end up using it as I found the correct bath panel. I secured a refund after returning the item to the seller. All in all it was a good Ebay experience although, I was a bit disappointed that the seller deducted a small sum as claimed the item was not in the condition sent, which surprised me as I hadn't opened the package.
