I have to send the item back now to get refunded, what a drag and all could have been avoided by simply padding the item in adequate packing. Ignoring your buyer after causing so much inconvenience gets you a negative

They are advertised as Natural White and although 5w they do feel more like a Cool White. Plus no colour stated on packaging. And these were not the cheapest out there yet, I paid that bit more for Natural White. Bothersome to return.. but they do the job.
