    "Hi There, So very sorry for the delay in delivery and communication with your order, we are relatively new to the platform. Our Beta stocks should all be shipping out next day via UPS, however we have had issues with Beta showing UK stock but then fulfilling via Italy where they manufacturer and centrally distribute. On learning that your ordered boots were indeed coming via Italy, we cancelled and refunded in full immediately. They have since arrived with us now and are available next day UPS.

    Hi There, many thanks for your valued order with us and please accept our apologies for the non delivery and refund in full. We did respond to you msg confirming that we were investigating the UPS dispatch and tracking following our Beta stock-in arriving late and our order fulfillment being adversely affected. Of course the item exists, in fact the item update reflects our own actual photo of the physical item to avoid any buyer confusion and confirm the packaged part number detail etc.
