I complained & a replacement was sent, in a box Royal Mail would have been pushed to squash, no problem. When finally tried I have to say one of the best I've tried & I've tried a few (freeze dried dragon fruit), been looking for bigger than snack size bags. Would highly recommend product & company. Will now try other fruits.
