  My order arrived today and they are smashed due to insufficient packaging as they are fragile. Contacted seller they initially wanted to refund me 20% of the purchase price even though they are unusable and then upped their offer to 40% I just wanted the order replacing however these sellers think they can insult you by offering a fraction of the cost for something you can never use. Absolutely shocking! Do not use this seller!

  The item was delivered in a plastic envelope, and the product box arrived severely damaged due to inadequate packaging. The camera lacks any adjustment capabilities, poor image quality—skin tones appear unnaturally red, and the resolution is significantly lower than advertised. Additionally, no user manual was provided. I contacted the seller regarding these issues, but they refused to issue a refund. A report has been filed with eBay. Do not purchase from them!
