    I ordered the fan on April 13th, I received an email April 16th saying it was shipped and I should receive it by April 23rd. By April 29th I had not received the fan. I notified them by email to let them know that I had not received the fan. Within 2 hours I had received an email apologizing to me for not received my fan and that they had notified USPS and I should hear back anywhere from them in about 24 to 72 hours. Within 12 hours I had received a full refund. Thank you,USPS FAULT!

    I bought an item that had recently been discontinued at its normal purchase price from seller. Seller apparently realized that the value had tripled and then sent me a knowingly falsified tracking number from Fedex. Fortunately, the seller refunded my money--so it wasn't a scam or theft. However, Seller then sold the item or attempted to sell the item to someone else at the new higher market value. When you sell an item at a price and you are paid, you are expected to deliver the item.
