  Let me just start by saying Hipcomic is a very good seller and their comics are always in great shape and mailed very securely and will definitely use them again. My issue is the postal service in the Carolinas. Multiple delays in shipping and a lack of clear tracking texts makes it a bit of a problem, and I have had a few orders from the Carolinas and have had the same delay issues with their postal service. Again its not the seller, they were extremely helpful and stayed on top of the problem
