    I had a great experience with this seller. Product was just as described, and priced fairly. Packed incredibly well, and shipped timely. Unfortunately, it didn’t work well with our system, and the seller was helpful and responsive in setting up a return, and getting us refunded. Can’t speak highly enough of their customer service.     This is a marvelous seller. The item was exactly as described, only better. This seller goes to the exteme with the meticulous packing of the goods. The item carefully wrapped, then a foam is form fitted, after which double boxed. The item was shipped incredibly quickly. I received it in pristine condition weeks before the projected delivery date. The price was very reasonable for both the purchase and the shipping. I was delighted. Henceforth, will only look to this seller for my high end gear.

    WOW. Great overall experience. Pleasure to do business with the seller - great communication and sales ethic. Shipping was fine. Amp was incredibly well-packed - took quite a bit to get it unwrapped! Looks great. Works great. Probably better than described. If only it wasn’t so darn heavy. It’s actually two separate amps - one for each channel - go figure. Thanks for a smooth transaction. Hope do business again.
