I feel that for an item that was despatched from Germany it lacked the appropriate packaging . I will however say that the company were extremely helpful and the problem was dealt with quickly. The unit now is in full working order still covered by the guarantee . Surprisingly a good rich sound 👍

When we unpacked it we noticed the vent pipe was missing so I contacted the seller. They very quickly responded and came up with a solution that was good for us. We've just fitted it and it's a very good replacement for our old extractor. It did come with a european plug and a plug to convert it for UK use. Thank you
