They refunded me after I bought the door, telling eBay that there was an issue with the delivery address. Additionally, they changed the auction's wording, which was highlighted in large red text, to read, Does not post to Isle of Man, and added the IOM to the exclusion list. If this had been mentioned at the beginning of the auction, I would not have bought the door!
