Claimed to have shipped item day of order (which was a Sunday, so very unlikely). Prompted them 4 days later (twice) asking for an explanation. They said they’d shipped a new one, without having provided tracking for the first. The reality being that it took 48 hours for the ‘second’ replacement to be dropped at the courier. I wouldn’t return to this seller, unfortunately.

Only criticism is that on unpacking, one of the two blue tabs which help load and unload the cartridge into the printer was broken off and on examination it was clear that this had previously been glued on. It's only a minor inconvenience and doesn't affect the utility of the item. Overall, it's very good value.
