  Described as unboxed so I expected that but did think the usual other wrapping would be there, but completely unwrapped and not sure they are genuine as print is already fainter than usual. Delivery went to another address, so a hassle for me to find it! Our address is easy to locate.This courier is well known in our area for wrong deliveries.Contacted seller - no reply.

  Item arrived very late, but as described. Still unsure that communication with the seller about the delay was 100% honest. Claimed to have shipped item day of order (which was a Sunday, so very unlikely). Prompted them 4 days later (twice) asking for an explanation. They said they’d shipped a new one, without having provided tracking for the first. The reality being that it took 48 hours for the ‘second’ replacement to be dropped at the courier. I wouldn’t return to this seller, unfortunately.

  Item was as described, works fine and delivered on time. Only criticism is that on unpacking, one of the two blue tabs which help load and unload the cartridge into the printer was broken off and on examination it was clear that this had previously been glued on. It's only a minor inconvenience and doesn't affect the utility of the item. Overall, it's very good value.
