    Two different oil burners where shown in the photos, so naturally thought the advert was for both of them. I only received one oil burner and it wasn't the same as either in the photos. I contacted the seller who didn't reply back. Opened up a return. Sent item back which was received on Friday, but seller didn't refund me back until the following Wednesday. No communication from seller at all. Poor service.

    After leaving this feedback, I heard from the seller asking me to revise the feedback, calling me a liar because I hadn't provided a photo, which I had, you can't open a return for item not as described without uploading a photo. Also saying I was trying to get a discount, which I wasn't. If a discount had been offered, I would have declined, as item received wasn't what I wanted. If seller had been polite, I may have revised as mistakes can happen, but not for calling me a liar.
