The jacket arrived but had a manufacturer stain on it like a bleach mark , after contacting the company to see what could be done ,they was happy to resolve offering a replacement or a reduction in price taking a good % of and refunding, I accepted the % of refund and kept the jacket to save hassle sending it back but that option was available should you come up with a similar situation,can’t argue with that , will use again for sure good customer service
