    Great price for this product as described, well packaged and fast dispatch. Clearly a good Ebay seller. Badly let down by the choice of delivery by Yodel. Order dispatched on the 7 Jan, arrived at the Leeds Depot around 3am on the 11th and finally actually delivered on the19th with the right address on the parcel but the wrong house number on the delivery guy's phone!

    I do not recommend this seller. The order took forever, and I had to buy hair dye elsewhere. When it finally arrived, I intended to return it the same day using the QR code and paid for shipping. But I noticed a strong chemical smell, opened the box, and found the dye completely ruined. I messaged the seller right away—no reply even days later. Totally careless and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.
