    Our shipping times are stated on every listing, you should read the descriptions before ordering. We make all of our products from raw (real) wood, they are not from China. As for communication, you were unhappy because you were denied a refund after your order was already in transit to be delivered the next day. We reply to all messages and communicate accordingly.     We don't give our products away for free, nor do we use child labor like China. if this item shipped assembled then you would be complaining about the high shipping cost.
