We are a small local appliance business located in Norfolk, VA and have been operating since 1998. We sell all major appliances as well as repair and perform service to them. Over the years from time to time we would sell an appliance part. It soon turned into selling one daily to selling a few daily so we decided to expand and start selling online on eBay. We have many more parts than what is listed, and also carry many discontinued, NLA parts so please reach out to us if you can't find the one you need...We might just have it! If you are trying to repair your appliance yourself, we can offer help and / or guidance if you are having trouble diagnosing or fixing it. After I cleared this up, he closed the return request and returned the part. It came back in a severely damaged box, loosely packaged, and missing instructions. Therefore, I charged him the 20% restocking fee that is in writing in all of my listings. Buyer should have read it. I dont normally charge a restocking fee ever, but I felt it was necessary in this case.
