    Ordered Monday morning, delivered Wednesday morning. We'll packaged. Instruction manual is next to usless. That being said, a quick phone call to the company and they sent me an email with a video on how to get it to unfold. Works great and folds up to a small size. I do think some people will struggle with lifting the weight of it tho. All in all I would highly recommend. A++ Ebay seller. Many thanks.

    Attempted to ride it, took them over three weeks to send an engineer out would not charge charging port disconnected. The service and attitude from the customer service staff was very poor. I swapped the seat and paid an extra £250 the top box that was shown in the picture was changed to a basket, if i want the box i would have to pay another £99. They said that I had asked for a upgrade on the handbars this wasn't even a choice from the eBay site that I bought it from i paid extra for this.

    Hello, thank you for your feedback. Your order was made on a listing of the scooter with the delta handlebars and the price you paid is inclusive of that. You did upgrade to the captain seat which does not come with a lockable storage box, however we have sent you one of these free of charge. If you need anything else please reach out to us.     I love this scooter so much, it's a dream to ride.The panel with the front basket was out of stock, so I've got a different one attached until it arrives. The light is higher and there's no basket, but it's OK for now. I'm looking forward to getting the proper one for it. Hopefully it comes soon! Great service and communications. Excellent value for money and it looks super sexy to. The sound system is amazing. Took the dog for a walk with some tunes on. Would definitely use this company again!
