totally destroyed not even packaged up good the wood was scraped up from the metal everything was thrown into the box and the metal was bent up unsat for any business to still be in business sending out gear like such. Even the UPS guy said the business was unsat for sending out gear like this an dot refuse it cause it was not even usable everything was bent up. If you can't ship thins out correctly to paying customers get out the business. If you think my company will accept this you wrong.

We take pride in delivering every order in pristine condition, however there are times when merchandise gets damaged in transit, and we have to arrange return for refund, which was what we did for you. This could have been resolved without negative feedback simply by reaching out to us directly!

Bien reçu mon coli par contre j'ai envoyé au préalable un message au vendeur que je voulais que mon coli soit bien protéger lors de l'expédition ( US vers la France) et je n'ai eu aucune réponse avec le vendeur et le coli n'étais pas du tout protéger ( plastique bulle ...) du coup le carton a subi de nombreux dommages. Étant une collectionneuse je souhaitai conserver ma poupée dans sa boîte d'origine...

The item itself is great. It's a really nice tablet at a very fair price. The reason I'm leaving negative feedback is because of how things went after I bought it. The blunt truth is that this seller is a flat out liar. In the item description under the section about shipping, it says they will ship within two business days of payment and usually sooner. I bought this on 4/9/24. They didn't ship it until 4/16 or 4/17. I contacted them several times and was lied to each time.
