    1st Rate Seller. Outstanding customer service. From communication to delivery absolutely faultless. Delivery team were polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. This was a difficult delivery as a narrow staircase with a tight 90 degree turn at the top. The delivery team were totally professional and handled this obstacle with ease. The bed itself is high quality, strong, sturdy and looks absolutely stunning!! This bed is more than great value. I highly recommend this seller 5 Star

    Communication from.beginning to end was brilliant. I changed the design of the bed ı orıgınally brought which was no ıssues at all. Was Like building my own bed Shanon on the phone 5 stars. I reduced height to 70” didn’t want to ceiling They regularly sent emails about the progress of my bed. Delivery time was as described. The bed was delivered and assembled no issues and all rubbish was taken too. The guys were lovely, polite and efficient. The bed. Wow just wow. I'm so happy with everything.

    Was a little worried after seeing a couple reviews online but bed came exactly when they said it would, delivered by two delivery men with good communication night before and on the day. Bed is good quality and just what I wanted. Would definitely buy from grandeur again. Ps. I would recommend to go with the fitting option as they were done in 15-20 minutes max saved me a lot of headache.

    Bed not as pictured or described. Doesn’t have wooden slates like advertised. Poor communication about delivery and was days later than it should have been, I had to chase for any updates. Bed arrived with damage and incorrect fixings. Shop elsewhere.
