SELLER REFUSES TO SEND A NON-ASKEW FIGURINE IN EXCHANGE FOR THE SHIPPED ONE. He or she offers only a take-it-or-leave-it refund for return of the off-kilter vessel. Does any ethical merchant ever do this? And does every "Mayflower" in this seller's inventory feature the same side-cocked masts?
