  I hesitate to leave negative feedback but item ordered on 5th Mar and as time passed I sent two emails querying the delay. The reply to first asked me to check with Royal Mail which showed they were still waiting for parcel. The last one on 20th was not answered - but item was posted on that day and I received it on 22nd. I have had no explanation or apology. It should not take this long to deliver a small book
