  The aerial antenna was delivered fast in a sealed pack. When fitted I could not get a signal. On checking that the radio and transmitting station had no fault, I contacted the supplier. Without any argument they fully accepted my concerns and offered a full refund of the money. The supplier was extremely good about refunding the money as I could not prove the aerial was at fault because it had been fitted to the windscreen. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
