  Don't buy here via eBay! Pre-amplifier was poorly packed, only in the original box with no extra protection. For an expensive shipment abroad I would expect otherwise. In addition, I am missing 2 power cables, 1 EU, 1 UK version and a invoice. Really simple questions but communication is not possible. 3 e-mails has been sent but so far no response has been given started early february. No aftersales and customer service from this comapny. Scandalous, you should be ashamed of yourselves Acoustica
