    New lock arrived within 48 hours, well packaged and no damage. Fitted straight away and works fine just as the original did before it failed. It was well worth the money, I first bought a cheaper copy, it didn't work properly, no soft close switch function. Beware other VW Tiguan owners, especially the higher end models.
