  This should probably be NEGATIVE, but I will try to be fair. PROs Fast shipping and arrival, and the item was as described. CONs Item arrived with NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. Seller sent a PDF of instructions that were nearly USELESS. There were no written instructions, only drawings, and the part numbers and letters DID NOT MATCH with the physical parts in the package. Luckily, I have put these type of furniture together on many occasions and managed to work through it. MISSING PARTS!

  Thank you! Bought full size with velvet pink headboard and LED lights under platform for a teenager, she loves it! The lights come with a remote and you can change the mode, color, speed etc. Package arrived quick and undamaged. Assembly took about 2 hours. Good quality for the price.
