Wrong fixings sent twice and then made out I gave wrong measurements. Then told me to go buy my own fixings (lowest cost possible) and to give them the receipt to reimburse the cost. Complete disregard for my inconvenience, delays in fitting the item and then blaming for not giving right measurements. Unprofessional to the MAX.

Hello, Sorry to see your negative review. We tried to work with you to resolve this, and purchased additional screws per your measurements and sent these. It is not a blame game at all, and whent he new screws did not fit suggested a quicker option for resolution where you could take the screws to a local hardwear store and send us the bill. We felt we were being supportive, so I apologise it came across as unprofessional.
