    A seller to be trusted. EVRI lost the parcel for a few days and then when it turned up it was obvious they had dropped it as it had burst through the packaging and was bent and scuffed. However, the seller who is based in China, made no quibble when I shared the photos and they sent me a full refund with quick communications. 5 stars because a great seller really earns those stars when things go wrong and they resolve the problem very quickly. But Also when I contacted them with minor issue with the which hose they immediately shipped a replacement and extra spray nozzle as a bonus I was very moved to open a box and find not only a hose but also spray nozzle included.     Product is good and good price. Unfortunately, the courier Aramex is completely unreliable and incompetent. Took 16 days to deliver. Most of that time tracking indicated "in transit" from Sydney to Orange/Bathurst. Parcel was eventually dumped on top of garbage bin in side passage instead of at the front door. Tracking is still showing "In Transit" two days after delivery. Aramex should be banned as they are giving EBay a bad name with their late deliveries.
