We are a family-owned business who manufacture our own products at our factory in County Durham in the North East of England.

    Very quick after they realised how bad Amazon are at delivering parcels. My belief is that thieves follow their routes, and steal the parcels from the doorstep. A picture of a parcel, on a doorstep, is provided as proof of delivery. NO. It proves that the stealing that goes on in the USA is judged fit for quality customers in Europe. Amazon NEVER ring the bell, just turn away and ignore me calling after them. And eBay should tell us, on the seller's page, who is using Amazon.

    Good product but what I received was not what I ordered. Anyone can make a mistake, but its about how you deal with it and the seller was superb !! I sent a message to the seller on a Saturday afternoon, got a reply and apology on Sunday morning and on Monday morning my replacement order was dispatched and received 2 days later. The tester kit was a very good product at a good price and I have now chosen the colour and ordered the 250ml bottle from the same seller and would use them again.
