The seller printed the label preventing order cancellation and refused multiple contacts (app & direct email). Then held the shipment for multiple days to delay delivery. After contacting eBay customer service (who was great!), I received a refund. AFTER all this, the item arrived late. This seller is NOT responsive, and I would not recommend or shop with them again.
