My HO scale caboose was packaged in its original box and then placed in a bubble mailer. This seller does not understand model railroading issues. I spent the better part of an hour reassembling all of the parts that were shaken off during shipment (both couplers and clips, the shell, and the weight). It is now operational again. Will not buy from this seller again--very poor packaging.
