I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, chef and nutritionist. I specialise in speed training and outdoor training.     Received a significantly different product than advertised 😕 and 2 weeks later still haven't got the item I've paid for. No satisfactory response to my queries (other than the automated messages and promises to reply, then nothing for another week). Very sad as I needed it urgently and was looking forward to receiving it. It's not only about being left out of pocket but my treatment is now interrupted due to this. I don't usually leave negative fdbck but 2weeks of ignorance isn't appreciated.
