    Seller could improve its item descriptions and should do better on communication. After an initial reply, I had to send three follow-up messages, but none of them received a response anymore. Only after I bought the item did I receive a reply, but by then, the photo album was already packaged for shipping. Basically, I had to take a gamble for a few hundred euros to see if it had the photos I was looking for. With items this expensive, sellers should treat their buyers a little better.

    Sorry you feel ignored but this is not true. We responded to 2 of your messages out of 4 and that's because you repeated yourself in 2 of them. Not in any way were you forced to purchase the item if you did not have all your questions answered. Please keep in mind we are closed on the wknds and Mondays get so crazy that I may not get to all questions until Tuesday. As a large camera resale business we have many customers to attend to and we are sorry your unhappy
