    Not as described reterned packeg and it was refused. Then weighted to the last minute to refunded with exquisite not open on wensday and had to go to hospital.

    The buyer mistakenly ordered items for a 49 series instead of a 50. I didn't refuse the return; the shop was closed during the first delivery attempt as I was in the hospital for cancer treatment. When we reopened, I accepted the delivery and issued a full refund. It s unfair for the customer to leave negative feedback when the error was theirs, compounded by Royal Mail’s incorrect claim that the delivery was refused, rather than unavailable.
