    My 2nd time ordering from this seller. Unfortunately Royal Mail absolutely destroyed the item I ordered (no fault of the seller). I contacted the seller, who quickly arranged a return and a refund. The replacement for my original order then arrived to the seller damaged from the supplier, so was not available for me. The seller is very kindly sending me another item free of charge as an apology. Very generous, and I highly recommend this seller.

    Arrived quickly however items were sent only in a thin mailing bag with no extra protection. The boxes arrived bashed and were sent via a disreputable UK courier which the cause of damage. Unfortunately one of my figures arrived broken. The seller responded quickly and offered a refund/replacement if the item was returned. I've decided to keep it and try to glue it. There is other feedback that also mentions poor packaging. Hopefully seller packages items more securely for any future sales.
